 Narrated in a very detailed  manner, there is  nothing wrong in your  statement  commenting about the present  leadership of  all the  Pensioners ' organizations.

 Let us hope  we get pension revision/ updation sooner.

 Also let us  educate  all our Pensioners  not to pay  any levy to any organization through  every  possible  media, clearly  stating  that  no organization did anything in this matter.

Sir,

 We , the PNB retirees are not sympethic to any Union / Association Leaders, working or retired .

I have worked for 38 years, in PNB, and had seen every tamasha , enacted by all those.

Everyone, will agree that an ordinary member, is not in a position to face the leadership in his own bank, and raise his voice against the injustices done to members , either at bank level, or industry level settlements. The best example is , the issue of special allowance , brought into settlement in 10th bipartite.

Did we raise our voice and agitate against the leaders? No.

 Rather we paid big levy to them.

This is all because of our afraid with transfers / charge sheets / other harassment, and it is not the fault of working / retired staff.

After listening to the original audio clip, we did not understand the meaning behind that original comment made by Murthy garu.

 We thought that, the comment might be made , inadvertantly, and a slip from his tounge. However, he made his stand clear, and respect him. We understand his , ఆవేదన, and it is everyone's ఆవేదన.

 I once again, clearly state that, we have no sympathy for anybody, especially , the UFBU leaders, who are the real culprits , for our , today's situation. Mr SC Jain, really spoiled the SC case of pre 2002 retirees, and no retiree will pardon him. Like that, now, Mr Venkata chalam is doing , every harm, that is possible in his hands, for working as well as retirees.

 These leaders are working for their personal gains, and this is not new for us.

Only God should help us, through the GOI, MOF, in resolving our problems, in the fashion, it was done in Revision of Family Pension.

Respected Murthyji,

CHV,UFBU IBA and other tainted one are now on the run to save their skins/faces when they are now sure that ptobably Govt_/judiciary are all set to do justice with the retirees .

They are now indulging in an eye wash internal circulars of demands highlighting the retirees plights.

Aim behind is to collect levy on the one pretext or the other,otherwise these people tried to do every worst for the retirees and impressed upon IBA which played their music in the BPS.

From PNB side everyone must appreciate and recognise the services rendered by late Sh. M C Singla who despite his ill health gave his heart and soul for the cause,as a result,the case is in the final stage with Hon'ble SC. We also appreciate the efforts of Mr Pankaj Bhardwaj,Ex.Sr. Generalgr Manager PNB nd Prez. of All India PNBROA and his team who are actively pursuing the case in Hon'ble SC.

Indeed we appreciate your strenuous and successful efforts in turning the tables of tainted leadership.

 Mr.JSRao's comments that presently Venkatachalam is doing every harm to serving & retirees,  is to be opposed by every right thinking member to pursue his personal goals.

If this is the situation,cant the members remove him from his.post,no body is Indespencible or Venkatachalam is gracious enough to step down from his post.    Let him not be branded as SCJain No.2,by.the union members.

Ufbu begged to iba to call a meeting.

Atlast a meeting was called by iba on 13th. Ufbu presented a list of residual issues to iba.

They read out the list to iba, which iba listened patiently, without any comments.

Ufbu now thanked iba for this noble exercise.

No discussion, no solution of any issues .

Now ufbu has asked for a series of meetings to discuss these residual issues.

Not for solving anything.

They are making a mockery on the issues and they are not able to solve any issues.

How long this game of fooling the retirees   by iba and ufbu to go on ?.

Iam sure, only court can help us and how long it is going to take .
