 Dear friends,

Our Apex organisation, All India Bank Retired Employees Association had filed Writ Petition in Karnataka High Court, in respect of various issues regarding Commutation.

Today, Karnataka High Court has today refrained Banks from recovering Commutation amount from the date of retirement till date of next hearing, i.e 26.2.2021.

It is another feather in the cap of All India Retired Bank Employees' Association.  Banks are harassing poor Senior Citizens by recovering monies from their pension.  Contempt Petition filed against all these Banks is pending in Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Thanks, a Million.

With regards,
Prasad C N
