PENSIONUPDATION – PENDING SLPs IN SUPREME COURT MY COMPLAINT DATED 2nd. DECEMBER, 2020

In response to my above complaint,  Today (27th. January, 2021)Hon’ble Supreme Court has acknowledged the same as per the details furnished here under.  

Hope the Apex court will do something, particularly the recent SC's clarification, as I remember, that judicial jurisdiction is not applicable to the WP's filed by senior citizens, and they can approach any HC for redressal of their grievances as per law of land.   Contents are self-explicit:

These efforts on our part, will certainly convey the message to all the concerned authorities (IBA/GOVT etc.)to expedite the process as already reiterated by our Hon’ble Finance Minister who expressed her concern for us in NO UNCERTAIN TERMS.
