Referring to the issue,  I also annex the copy of the above  joint note signed by FOUR OFFICERS ORGANISATIONS WITH IBA for your Information / perusal. This is followed by the sharp reactions of some of our learned senior Friends for your information.

History is still being repeated again and  again as in the past…  
Item:#2 of the joint note ( Pension Updation)  Unions’Demand reads –

QUOTE: “ It was categorically expressed by IBA in the meeting in Dec’18 that impact analysis is required to understand the load factor in the individual Banks. Hence appointment of two actuaries, as was done in 2009 , should be carried out within a defined time frame”- UNQUOTE:

Four officers associations are  more eager than FM and IBA to appoint actuary. And they also want actuary report with huge estimates so that they can claim the cost is huge and avoid updation

 We do not want mere Pension Updation as being propagated by IBA /UFBU.

We demand REVISION OF PENSION ON RBI LINES.

Several MPs irrespective of party affiliations and including our Hon’ble Ex.Prime Minister Sri Manmohansingh ji  also have taken up our  justified cause with the Government.

WE ARE ALSO THANKFUL TO OUR COMMITTED RETIREE COMRADES FOR THEIR SUCCESSFUL EFFORTS IN SECURING  THE DIRECT APPOINTMENTS WITH HON'BLE PM & FM TO CONVINCE THEM TO RESPOND POSITIVELY TO OUR EARNEST APPEALS...
