THE IRONY PART OF IT IS, EVEN THE AIBEA LEADERSHIP HAS ADMITTED AS TO THE MISMANAGEMENT IN PENSION CORPUS BY THE TRUSTEES IN CERTAIN CASES WITH DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCES.

It’s in this context , I have been requesting the Authorities for “CAG” Audit of Pension Corpus in all the Banks in addition to bring the IBA within the ambit of RTI Act. more fully explained in my above link.
I wish and hope that the the pending litigations before Allahabad and Madras High Courts would pave the way towards logical conclusions in our collective interest.
