This is in continuation of my earlier communication dated 31st. August, 2020 enclosing there with the letter dated 29 08 2020 addressed to the IBA by ALL KERALA BANK RETIREES FORUM (AKBRF) .
Your kind attention is also invited to my communication dated 14th. JANUARY, 2020 making out a case as to the DIVERSION OF PENSION CORPUS FUNDS TO PRIVATE INVESTMENTS AND THE IMPENDING URGENCY TO CAUSE AN AUDIT BY CAG - THE ONLY CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY WHO ALONE CAN RENDER JUSTICE TO THE JOB OF UNEARTHING THE TRUTH - click the link for the details:

From the above, it's beyond any doubt that IBA has been avoiding our long awaited reasonable demand of Pension Updation on some pretext or the other by taking advantage of the disunity among the constituents of UFBU.
I ONCE AGAIN CONGRATULATE THE LEADERSHIP OF BEFI WHO PUT THEIR FOOT FIRMLY FOR THE CAUSE OF OUR RETIREE - FRATERNITY !
I ALSO APPEAL TO THE OTHER CONSTITUENTS OF UFBU WHO EXPRESSED THEIR RESENTMENT , TO COME OUT OPENLY NOTWITHSTANDING THE FACT THAT THEY ALREADY SIGNED THE "MOU"
WHEN THEY COULD GIVE SCANT RESPECT TO THE SIGNED MOU AT THE TIME OF SIGNING THE PENSION SETTLEMENT IN 1995, WHY NOT NOW FOR A BETTER CAUSE ..??
BY DEFYING THE PRESENT MOU, THEY WILL BE DOING A YEOMAN SERVICE TO THE FRATERNITY OF BANK RETIREES AND THEIR POSTERITY. !!
