A matured observation made by one of our senior learned friends is cited here as an example:

“On going through the details, it is clear that the AIBRF's move is half-hearted and on the other hand Shri Prasad has shown good results.
The AIBRF is pressurised against its wishes to go for legal remedy and they have to start from the scratch.
Shri Prasad is making calculated move and it would be in fitness of things for AIBRF to support him instead of going for fresh litigation, which may take years to reach its logical conclusion.
Though ego may not permit the leaders to take such a step one hopes that the AIBRF does not play a spoiling game.
Leaving aside the ego in the best interests of the retirees both AIBRF and Shri Prasad have to work together, for which the AIBRF has to take the first step to assuage the feelings of Shri Prasad before taking him into confidence. All said and done this seems to be an utopian dream and let them leave Shri Prasad alone to tackle the legal tangle.
