My Dear Friends,

I am pleased to inform you that  Our Senior Learned friend from UCOBK , Dr. L. S. Raman garuy (ex.GM)  informed me  that  Our Curative Petition # 243/2019 filed on 15th. Feb. 2019  - Pending in  Supreme Court  has now been  posted on 10th. December, 2019.  
The said petition will now come up before  the Bench headed by the Chief Justice of India, Mr.Justice;Bobde, other senior judges being - Justice N V Ramana and Justice Arun Mishra, among others. 

You are quite aware of the efforts put in by Dr. Raman garu in pursuing the matter with the Supreme Court Registry in this regard. 

Let us hope the best  with the Divine Blessings of Matha Kanakadurga - abode IndraKeelaadri- Vijayawada, and our Late Legend Leader Com. Dr. B. Ramji garu, who has been the pivotal  Legendary personality in this crusade.
