Referring to the above,  kind reference is invited to my letter dated 27th. SEPT. 2019 addressed to the management of our Syndicate Bank  as per the following link.

In continuation to the above, I am pleased to enclose the Legal Notices(for contempt proceedings) dated 14th. Nov.2019 served on the management of Bank of Baroda (Respondent #5, 14 & 22 - ie. On behalf of Dena Bank & Vijaya Bank also) for non implementation of the Orders of the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal #5525/2012 (BOB vs. Palani & Ors) as appended in the following link:

Further,  on similar lines, Notices are also  served on the remaining banks too simultaneously.   

Arrangements are under way on war-footing, to set at knot the procrastinating  tactics  of the Lethargic Bank Managements once for all.

These  legal notices are served on the above mentioned  Banks on behalf  of  All India Retired Bank Employees Association and at the instance and initiative of our Learned friend - Com. C N Prasad garu, who has been leading the legal battle since 2001 relentlessly. 
 
At this juncture, we also  need  to remember the sustained efforts made by many other comrades who have been involved in this long crusade on the legal front for over 18 long years !
