Thank you for your mail which I consider as a reminder to earlier one in the recent past.
In fact, I shared the above with all my friends already, besides my citing some of your earlier communications as authenticated credentials of reference in many of my representations to the various authorities in the Government / RBI / Judiciary from to time .
It's my strong feeling that we can expect the desired results in near future considering the feedback to the efforts already made by a handful activists like us by taking up the issues directly with all the authorities concerned from time to time for quite a long time.
The ripples have already reached the pivotal power points at the apex level of the Government which according to me, is well within the knowledge of the top leadership of major unions in the banking sector
By the way, I renew my request to you to kindly share the details of the legal action initiated by you against the CMD of OBC in the matter of illegal diversion of Pension corpus funds to "Private Investment" resulting heavy loss to the pension corpus, which has already been referred by you some time in the past.
In fact, I have been highlighting the above issue with various authorities in support of my stance to cause audit by CAG- THE ONLY CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY WHO ALONE CAN SURFACE THE FRAUD - A BLATANT CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST INDULGED AT THE BEHEST OF THE MANAGEMENT OF OBC MUCH DETRIMENTAL TO THE INTERESTS OF THE INNOCENT RETIREES BEING THE BENEFICIARIES OF THE PENSION TRUST.
A COGNIZABLE CRIMINAL OFFENCE INDEED!
