My Dear Friends, 

You are quite aware that there has been considerable delay on the part of the leadership to file curative petition in our 100% DA case. 

Leadership has not been evincing concern in this matter . Therefore, we have been time and again inquiring about as to its fate.   Consequent upon our consistent persuasion,  off late, we are given to understand that a Senior Advocate to whom the Curative Petition Papers were  submitted for his certification , has refused to certify the same which is mandatory compliance on our part. 

Under the above circumstance, I took initiative to help the leadership to expedite filing Curative Petition with all the encouraging supports from  our learned comrades – viz: Sri N Sankara Subramanian and Sri Katari Satyanarayana who volunteered to lend their expertise in this task.

I annex here my communication dated 16th Feb.2019 addressed to the Gen.Secy. of UBIRWA Com.Debesh Bhattacharyyaji  who has been instrumental for this   legal battle right from the beginning (Kolkotta High Court).
