My Dear friends,
In continuation to my earlier communication -viz: Re: RP (C) # 03052-03055 Pending before the Apex Court - 100% DA Issue, I annex here the following for your information. (My previous post dated 8th. Oct. 2018)
It’s indeed my pleasure to forward the communications addressed by one of our senior comrades – viz: Sri A Anantha Krishna Rao with whom I had a very long association of working together for the cause of the fraternity of Bank Working class, as the Office-bearers of the AIBOC-AP STATE UNIT at Hyderabad for over a decade.
In fact, I always cherish my memories of working with Com. Rao garu during my stay at Hyderabad

PS:
I am given to understand that....
Normally no arguments are allowed in a review petition. If arguments are allowed, it becomes a second appeal. In our case though an application has been filed seeking permission to argue, it may not be conceded. Our RP has been circulated amongst the Hon'ble Judges of the Bench. The website of the Court gives this much information only. If the Court decides to take up the petition, notice will be served on the respondents and they will file counter to the petition. If necessary we can file a rejoinder to the counter. The Court will then decide whether to allow the RP or to dismiss it. If dismissed we can file a Curative Petition, which will be decided by Five senior most judges. In the Curative Petition only the points raised in the RP can be included. No new points can be added.
