AIBOC played its own negative role from the very beginning of the introduction of pension scheme into the banking industry. This resulted in the belated second option 'PURCHASED BY THE LEFT OVERS AT AN EXORBITANT PRICE" subsequently , which unions can not claim as their success. In this process, we have lost a very precious time and "WE MISSED THE BUS". As otherwise, these pending issues for which we have been fighting still would have been achieved to a greater extent though not in full ,by now.
