Please stop the use of Wood for cremation of the dead/ coffins.  Trees give US LIFE- the oxygen we breathe, provide shade, fruit, prevent soil erosion, harbour birds, animals. SAVE THEM. We burn 1000 pounds wood for one cremation. It pollutes, causes global warming, gradually increasing disease, flooding,droughts etc,Let us all prevent this. Across this beautiful world of OURS, 7.5 million died in 1st six weeks of 2016 alone; 9.6 million died in India alone in 2015; 5.5 million died prematurely every year due to pollution; 1.4 million in India, 1.6 in China. Hundreds of thousands of trees are being cut, worldwide. Let us ALL BRING the CHANGE ; slow this down. Millions of poor cannot even afford it and borrow money. Stop Wood use for cremation. Governments across the world should allow only LPG, CNG, electric/ devise less polluting alternative methods for cremation; Poor cannot afford good burial. In cities, reburial occurs; is expensive. Promote & design the use of coffins of cheap biodegradable material. Gradually shift to non polluting cremation of our dead loved ones.
