Almost 400 students across maharashtra got failed in the 1st year examination after exhausting all attempts usually given by university, have to discontinue thier BAMS education.

Also due to current rule for examination the students get ATKT and they have to give two examination of different professional year in a same session, that why more students from BAMS first admitted in 2017 failed in examination.

According to the CCIM (Central Council of Indian Medicine) circular dated on 7, november 2016 sr. 24-14/2016 (UG regulation) schedule (1) [3] [6] [d] &[e] , the students of 1st year failed is eligible for going into next year through ATKT but it is compulsory for the students to clear the 1st year in maximum 4 attempts in 3 years. This rule was implemented by maharashtra university of health sciences, nashik on 30, november 2017 in the notification no. 49/2017.

Also CCIM notification allows one attempt to be granted by Vice Chancellor of respective university. 

We demand you sir, for allowing us for first year re examinations by granting one mercy chance. Your mercy attempt chance will save future of 400 BAMS students.
