This will call for special meeting to remove current members of Board within 30 days of the signatures.

The Home Owners of Mint Farms feel that the current HOA Board has misused community funds since there are no signed documents to prove where the funds are going or anything to show what we have been paying for. The Home Owners also feel that the Board has not been transparent in the management of funds and have therefore misused the funds on ventures that the community feels are unnecessary.

The community will present this petition to the Board to call a special meeting to remove Board members according to our community bylaws.

The solution will be to elect new board members that will be physically present and upholds the standards of being a Board Member.
