The families of Brannon Oaks in Nicholasville, KY hereby petition to remove Omni Community Association Management and run the homeowners association as a community. Many of the undersigned owners have experienced poor, unjust treatment by Lynda Lange, Omni's assigned Brannon Oaks property manager. Many complaints have been made to Ball Homes against Ms. Lange. Ms. Lange has given many warning letters to individuals who have not brought trash cans in Tuesday afternoon when trash was picked up Tuesday morning. She has even gone as far as to call members of this community liars when spoken to. She is a very aggressive individual to deal with and has made it difficult for the homeowners here to truly enjoy the beautiful neighborhood we call home.

In addition to the poor treatment many of us have endured, other issues that we find significant are ignored. Some examples of these issues include 3 foot tall weeds by our mailboxes, meter maids misreading meters and MANY nails from construction found in the street that puncture tires and feet. Many of these issues have been brought to the attention of Ms. Lange but she does not care to listen and continues to find reasons to fine people that are not valid.

We propose the HOA should be run by members of the Brannon Oaks community so that we can fully enjoy the charming and winsome neighborhood in which we live.
