Having seen in recent months some of the horrendous injuries that Police dogs have suffered through knives in the line of duty. It’s time that these brave animals who do their jobs to protect us and their handlers are in turn given some protection themselves. We need to provide them with anti stab vests, all dogs should be issued with one. This police dog Finn was stabbed with a 10 inch knife and was lucky to survive thanks to the skill of the vets.
