As tax-paying Hong Kong residents, we humbly ask the local government to allow returning residents (especially vaccinated persons) to home quarantine. This method has proven effective in the past  and in other countries as well.

The current scheme of hotel quarantine is not only expensive, but also hard to book. There are almost no immediate vacancies for returning residents.

Allowing home quarantine will help hard working residents to save money, allow convenience and peace of mind, while ensuring the safety of the community.
