It is about time to start a campaign/ a petition to impose a fine for using commercial fireworks in residential areas.
The celebration of this last 4th of July was barbaric, and illegal in all definition .
Our pets and the neighbors pets were terrified until this moment 2 days after turning the neighborhood into a war zone .
The terror and agony of outdoor wildlife must be enormous
I saw a little bird trying to escape his nest amidst the rain of fireworks he kept trying to fly but would return to the nest after many attempts the mom bird left the nest in horror he could not ..I heard him crying in his nest .. it broke my heart

The fireworks lasted until 1 AM I had to call the police, last two explosions were extremely loud I thought it pierced my ears , I am still in pain 3 days after the 4th of July. The fireworks used was definitely a commercial ones not a residentially safe ones

unfortunately there is no law to define what is suitable and safe in residential area from the ones suitable to public and commercial areas.

Our pets are suffering during the 4th of July celebration as much as newborns, ill people, elderly ones, and wildlife.

it is about time to come together to define what kind of fireworks is safe, harmless, and legal for residential and wildlife conservation areas
