The UK Home Office operates an automatic deportation rules, which allows the Home Office to deport individuals who has committed an offence and is sentenced to 12 months or more. The Home Office has extra judiciously used this policy against Jamaican many times violating their human rights. The Jamaican Prime Minister does have a major role as they can refused landing to the charter deportation flight, as well as refuse to issue travel documents especially for those persons who arrived in the UK under the age of 10yrs old. 

Signed the petition, write to you MPs, write to the Jamaican High Commission and the Jamaican Prime Minister office. Implore them to listen and change these abusive policies.
