On Oct 13th 2000 my brother nicky Morgan was murdered along with a friend by Brian Whitelock. Brian was sentenced to life for murdering my brother and had a manslaughter  charge for killing his own brother .  Brian has served 18 yrs and is now being prepared for earlie release into the town that he commited the murders.. we as a family want for him not to be aloud in Swansea. It's not fair that we won't be able to walk the streets without worrying were going tout bump into him.  We need as many signatures as possible to try and prevent him being aloud to come to swansea..
