A medical report given by health professionals this week says …. ''there is a risk of further deterioration ……. main concern is around Gopul going back to India as we feel that he will not receive same kind of care that he is receiving. The gap in treatment and new circumstances may deteriorate his situation further. We do not consider it safe for him to travel to India at this stage, it would not only cause him extreme anxiety but given recent behaviours would also be a threat to other passengers and will also affect his mental health and well-being.’’  This report is shared with Home Office.

Considering the medical report a leading airline has declined the possibility to fly him. It says ‘‘……due to Gopul's impulsive behaviours and deterioration in his medical condition we cannot accept him on-board’’.
