Edward Bartley was convicted of serious sexual rapes and violence against multiple women in 1992. The "Battersea Beast" was convicted at the Old Bailey to 100+ years for his crimes to Heinous to mention on this petition.

In 2002 he was released on parole only to re offend shortly after dragging his victims from the street at knife point dragging them into a van , re sentenced in 2008.

Due to the nature not only of his repeat offending and the seriousness of his crimes but due to minimum sentence guidelines he is now eligible for parole.

This petition will be handed to Downing Street to intervene in this horrendous injustice and to call for a complete review on sentencing guidelines for repeat serious sexual and violent repeat offenders.

No Parole for Edward Bartley. Minimum term sentence for all repeat offenders that pose a real threat and risk to the public.
