This is to anyone who is willing to listen. In this photo is me my wife and our two sons. During this summer we applied for my wife a visa to come to the United Kingdom and work. The government have told us that a decision has been made but they could not tell us what the decision was. My wife is so down its unbelievable because she has been away from her family now 10 weeks. This being said a refund was put in the bank account for health care. The only time this happens is when your visa has been denied. At this time me and my wife are heart broken and can not understand at all why it has been denied. This is the second time it has been denied. The first time was due to the fact I didn't meet the financial requirements but this time I definitely did. I am a mess of emotions right now angry, upset and confused. It is not cheap to apply at all and feel like we have been completely robbed. Being that our youngest is solely a uk citizen the government are basically saying that my wife has to stay in the USA and my son has to stay here. This is despicable and I would appreciate it if people would share this so as many people can see it.
