A call for change

A call for change
The Issue
The way foreign nationals are separated from their families, with no regard for their family life. The Home Office is turning stable loving homes into homes of upset, anger and single parenthood.
On the 7th September a number of foreign nationals will be on a Virgin flight (Chartered) back to Jamaica.
The usual timescale for a judicial review is normally 3 - 6 months for a case to be decided upon; however, cases are being decided in the tribunals and the Home Office in a matter of weeks.
After hearing about several cases in relation to judicial reviews and the swift response to cases, we have concluded that the Home Office and the Tribunal court have a underhanded agreement in processing cases, by means of fast tracking to pursue deportation.
Cases such as asylum, Article 8, judicial review, and other cases are not being fairly processed within the Home Office or Tribunal courts, even though there is overwhelming evidence to support the respondent.
We would like to stop the flight on the 7th September via Virgin, so a fair hearing can take place with procedures from both parties being followed.
