Sir on 8-10-2014 there had been disaster and tragic incident occurred in the city of Hyderabad as a 11 year old minor child by name Shaik Mustafa was set ablaze and in Military area and in very serious critical condition he scummed to burns and died on early morning of 9-10-2014 at Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad, that the said deceased minor boy during his dying declaration has clearly stated that two army personal were directly involved in setting him ablaze which is very unfortunate fact of the total episode. Though the police has initially registered a case under section 307 of IPC and now altered to 302 r/w 34 IPC but still there is no progress in the investigation and the higher army officials were denying any involvement of their personal in the said crime.

The said incident is bringing down the reputation of the great Indian Army which lays down their life in safeguarding us at the international borders just due to two persons who are strongly suspected to be involved in the murder of the innocent minor shaik Mustafa.
