FORTY LAC INTRUDERS IN ASSAM STATE ALONE. MAY BE CRORES OF THEM IN ENTIRE INDIA.

The Issue

National Register of Citizens-- NRC--  In Assam alone, 40,00,000 forty lac people are such who do not belong to India, they have no such proof to that effect. The option was of about 20 documents but they don’t have any. Because they are from Bangladesh or Myanmar.  One can not imagine how many such people are there in entire India.

It seems that just because most of them can vote MIM, Trunmul Congress, Indian National Congress or Rashtravadi Congress, these parties want that the permission must be given to all such illegal entrants to settle in India. This unnecessary kindness and sympathy will be a great burden on India. It is already feared that natives of Assam state will soon be in minority, and they will have to leave Assam like the Pandits of Kashmir, due to the large continuous influx of such unauthorized people. Because of the intruders, the temples in Assam, have not remained safe. It is heard that every week, at least one or two temples are attacked, property is stolen etc.

It’s a matter  of great concern that how so much illegal entrants can come to India and settle in different parts of the country. There must be a proper planning of bringing and settling them. In other countries, not a single person can enter without valid passport and visa. The sea limit, sea border of such powerful and conscious countries extend up to 22 kilometers away from main land.

Territorial waters or a territorial sea, as defined by the 2013 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, is a belt of coastal waters extending at most 12 nautical miles (22.2 km; 13.8 miles) from the baseline (usually the mean low-water mark) of a coastal state.

Why not India do like that?

Even in small countries like Singapore and Malaysia, when the train enters from other country, the passport and visa are checked invariably. India should follow it when the people from Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan etc come by railway, river or road.

In order to protect the Indian citizens, we demand deportation of all illegal migrants, as soon as possible. Till it takes place, ensure that they do not get Aadhar card, mobile sim, election identity card, ration card, pan card,  access to internet etc. If they have illegally owned any property, it should be confiscated.
