On August 4, 2021, there was a unique incident that occurred which resulted in a neighbor being scratched. On August 6, 2021, I received a letter from the lawyer of the Board of Directors demanding that I remove my dog (Optimus) who has been living in this building for 7 years. This is the 1st written notice I have received in 7 years and feel as though I should instead receive a warning. Optimus is not a dangerous nor vicious dog, he is protector and friend. I have until August 13th before I am given a daily fine and Optimus is legally removed

I do apologize for the behavior of my dog and will be certain an incident like that would never happen again.

As neighbors and residents of Central City Condominium I do need your help and support to explain to the Board of Directors that Optimus is not vicious or dangerous and that I should be entitled to a warning  before removal.
