On 06/10/2015, it was reported that a police investigation has started in regards to Miss Kezia Dugdale's Constituency office, because £10k cannot be accounted for. We have also been made aware that the Scottish Labour party have known about this missing money for the last 18 months.  

It is unacceptable that not only has this lasted for so long, but Miss Dugdale MSP is still allowed to remain in her role as leader of a party when this investigation is ongoing.

We ask the First Minister of Scotland. Ms Nicola Sturgeon to ask the Scottish Labour Party leader to temporally step down as head of her party and remove herself from the party whip until such time as the investigation has concluded and the public have been told what happened to the missing money.

If this happened to someone of another political party, Miss Dugdale would certainly be one of the first to demand similar action to taken against them, so it is only fair she should step aside until such times as the investigation has closed.
