With the expansion of the Holmen High School building, the school board finds it unnecessary to relocate the In Memoriam wall. 

This wall pays respect to the students that were taken from us too soon and weren't able to graduate with their respective classes. 

Due to a Facebook post from a parent of one of these students, HHS is sending the plaques to the homes of the families instead of finding another place for them among the new hallways.

In their letter, HHS stated that, "While the District wants to support students and staff who are grieving a loss, memorials can be an ongoing reminder of a traumatic event." Most people know that these photos only bring solace and peace.

Many of our friends are unfortunately on that wall.

Let's get as many signatures as possible to hopefully make the school board second guess this decision.
