A petition for keeping Textiles as an option for GCSEs at Oxted School. I feel it is unfair that Textiles has been removed as an option from this year’s GCSEs as there are many students whose hearts are set on continuing Textiles into a new stage, including me. We were told we'd be able to choose this lesson as a GCSE subject, but now that option has been taken away and has left me and several others in a tricky situation. I will do everything I can to bring back Textiles at GCSE level in my school as it means so much to me and will affect the rest of my life.
