Should it be a requirement to serve on the HLRA Board that a person must be a property owner of a lot at Holly Lake Ranch, be paying monthly dues, and have paid the $3500 initiation fee to become a member of the HLRA?

Since 1971 all of the available records show that every board member has also been a lot owner at Holly Lake Ranch.

If you agree it is okay for people that are not lot owners at Holly Lake Ranch to serve on the board, do nothing  and have a nice day.

The recent HLRA Board actions indicate consideration is being given so that a person does not have to own a lot, does not have to pay dues, and does not need to have paid the $3500 initiation fee in order to run or serve on the HLRA Board.

If You agree  A PERSON RUNNING FOR OR SERVING ON THE BOARD should be required to be a Property Owner of a lot at Holly Lake Ranch then,
