This is Dr. Melanie uhde, dog trainer that currently runs canine decoded. She was a board member brought in by Janice Hamlin sometime after she was previously fired by her previous board before being brought back with a new board. Like every board member/associate that was brought on after she was previously fired was fully aware of the allegations/behavior by founder and instead of taking appropriate action, chose to protect, cover up, hide, and assisting in targeting whistleblowers including myself. she along other board members others ignored/block,threaten victims, previous employees, and volunteers that attempted to reach out/come forward regarding her behavior while publicly claiming issues are unfounded
