Someone mentioned they think this is for financial gain — that’s 100% wrong. I’m not asking for money, and I wouldn’t. This petition is about saving all of us money and pushing Comcast to do right by its customers. You don’t need cash to build change, you need people.

If I were trying to scam anyone, it’d make no sense — I’d be wasting the three hours I spent writing this and the effort behind it. What I actually want is for Comcast to listen, fix their broken billing system, and train their agents to give honest, fast support instead of lying or manipulating us.
