This image is from their billing system, which mistakenly charged me an auto-pay even though my bill for the month was already paid. Consequently, I had to pay it back, as it was their fault for attempting to deduct it from my account. Therefore, for the past 10 years, we have been demanding that every individual who has ever had their bill increased or experienced any billing issues receive a refund for the difference. If arbitration fails, we will escalate this matter to a class action lawsuit. We deserve to be heard and not ignored. And if the media sees this and needs more proof, I have boatloads of evidence including chat transcripts, all my bills that had prior issues which is about 30 of them and basically everything someone needs to make them accountable for their actions.
