We are asking Pete Buttigieg, US Secretary of Transportation and Omar Alghabra, Canada's Minister of Transport to hold airlines accountable for the poor service and planning related to their failures during the summer of 2022.  We are asking for these carries to be held to the regulations surrounding air passenger rights for canceled flights and lost baggage.  Air passengers should not have to file a claim in small claims court to get an adequate response from the airline.  We are asking each country to update and enforce, current regulations.  Furthermore, air travelers who have been impacted by the poor service and disregard of airlines operating in Canada and the United States should be compensated for their losses and travel impacts. 

The undersigned are requested to sign and share their story as to how they have been harmed or impacted by poor planning, overbooking, and price gouging by the airlines.
