Upon this mother’s arrival to begin her new job, she was not greeted or acknowledged in a welcoming manner. Instead, this Manager chose to abuse her position of authority, treating the new employee disrespectfully, ordering her around, and diminishing her sense of self. The treatment this mother received was so demoralizing that it reduced her to tears, prompting her to resign. Now, she faces the heartbreaking reality of losing a source of income vital for the well-being of her children.
