Hold Tony Levoi Vauxhall Accountable for Selling Faulty Vehicle

Hold Tony Levoi Vauxhall Accountable for Selling Faulty Vehicle
The Issue
Dear friends, supporters, and fellow consumers, I need your support in signing and sharing my petition so that Tony Levoi Vauxhall can be held accountable for Selling Faulty Vehicle
On 19th March 2024, I purchased a car in good faith from Tony Levoi Vauxhall, Lakeside, financed through Startline, with the arrangement facilitated by broker Zuto. Within hours, troubling issues of steering pulling to one side and an alarming knocking sound at motorway speeds.
Despite immediate contact with the dealership it took even more phone calls and emails to get a diagnostic booking a week after the purchase. Repairs and replacement of parts was completed on 3 different occasions and a total of 5 parts were replaced as well as wheel alignment but the issue was not fixed. The vehicle still has the pulling issue on the nearside.
During this stressful period, I also faced severe personal and medical difficulties. My mother was hospitalised with life-threatening blood clots just below her pelvis and also in her lungs. I was worried and living on energy drinks and fast food as my mom has been a constant my life, been both mom and dad, bestie in whom I speak to nearly every day and sometimes more than 3 times in a day. I ended up being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes because of the food and the energy drinks (having been pre-diabetic for over 4 years). As my mom stated to recover after 2 hospital stays, I contracted Covid-19 for the fourth time, requiring hospital treatment. It took nearly two months to fully recover and then on 3 October 2024, a lithium battery exploded in my flat causing a fire in which I was trapped, sustaining burns and inhalation injuries. I was in a coma for 11 days and a total of 21 days in hospital. I lost all my possessions, one of my pet cat.
I thank all the Emergency Services (LFB, MetPolice, Ambulance including HEMS [londonsairambulance.org]) and also the medical staff at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford, Essex. These events have significantly impacted my health and wellbeing. The unresolved car issue has compounded my stress and anxiety.
I lost all my possessions in the fire and was left with is a faulty car that no one wants to take responsibility for be it tonylevoi.co.uk accepting that they sold me a faulty vehicle, zuto.com to facilitate the rejection of the vehicle and startlinemotorfinance.com to immediately cease all finance collection activity and work to cancel the agreement without further detriment to me.
I sincerely, ask for your help and support in signing this petition
