For a year, my father, Davie Albarran, was on the run, evading justice while his own family knowingly harbored him. Despite submitting overwhelming evidence proving their involvement, law enforcement has done little to hold them accountable. Harboring a fugitive is a crime, yet those who helped him hide continue to walk free.
