Hold The Seditious Six Accountable
The Issue
The recent actions of certain political figures—Senator Mark Kelly, Senator Elissa Slotkin, Representative Jason Crow, Representative Chris Deluzio, Representative Maggie Goodlander, and Representative Chrissy Houlahan—have raised serious concerns among the American public regarding their commitment to upholding American values and their loyalty to our nation. These six individuals, whom we now refer to as the "Seditious Six," have engaged in behaviors which we believe cross the lines of sedition and treason. Their actions have not only undermined the authority of our military, its leaders, and the Commander in Chief, but have also sown dangerous seeds of doubt and distrust within the ranks of our armed forces and among the citizens of this great nation.
In the current political climate, where divisive rhetoric and harmful actions can severely impact national unity and security, such acts cannot and should not be ignored. Sowing distrust and doubt within the military is not only reckless but threatens the very core of American democracy and security. These actions could potentially destabilize our nation, affecting both domestic peace and our standing on the global stage. Historically, acts of sedition and treason have been met with severe consequences; it is vital that this precedent is not neglected today.
We, therefore, demand comprehensive investigations into the actions of the Seditious Six and call for transparency in these proceedings. It is imperative for the sake of our nation's integrity that the full scope of their actions be revealed to the American people. Furthermore, these individuals must be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law if found guilty of sedition or treason, with appropriate legal consequences considered, including those as serious as execution, as prescribed by law.
It is our national duty to protect the sanctity of American values, the security of our military, and the trust of our citizens. We implore every American who stands for justice and accountability to support this cause. Join us in demanding action against those who threaten the liberty and unity of our nation by signing this petition. Together, we can ensure that justice prevails and that future acts of betrayal are deterred.
The message from Democrats is clear. Their hatred for our democraticlly elected President of the United States (Donald J. Trump), is more important to them than the safety of our people, our military, and the laws we abide by. They wish to sow seeds of doubt within our ranks and people, influence and encourage acts of violence as we saw against our National Guard, and undermine the authority of our Commander and Cheif which jeapordizes our nation and emboldens our enemies. For months they have claimed that the peoples will for border security is invalid and the actions that Donald Trump has taken, to fulfill his promise to the american people, are "unlawful" "illegal" and "lawless".
Below are our United States Codes which clearly show the laws we have in place that they violated while also proving Donald Trump's actions legal:
10 U.S.C § 253
The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it--
(1) so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or
(2) opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.
In any situation covered by clause (1), the State shall be considered to have denied the equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution.
18 U.S.C § 2387
(a)Whoever, with intent to interfere with, impair, or influence the loyalty, morale, or discipline of the military or naval forces of the United States:
(1)advises, counsels, urges, or in any manner causes or attempts to cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty by any member of the military or naval forces of the United States; or
(2)distributes or attempts to distribute any written or printed matter which advises, counsels, or urges insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty by any member of the military or naval forces of the United States—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
(b)For the purposes of this section, the term “military or naval forces of the United States” includes the Army of the United States, the Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Navy Reserve, Marine Corps Reserve, and Coast Guard Reserve of the United States; and, when any merchant vessel is commissioned in the Navy or is in the service of the Army or the Navy, includes the master, officers, and crew of such vessel.
18 U.S.C § 2384
If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.
18 U.S.C § 2381
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
18 U.S.C § 287
Whoever makes or presents to any person or officer in the civil, military, or naval service of the United States, or to any department or agency thereof, any claim upon or against the United States, or any department or agency thereof, knowing such claim to be false, fictitious, or fraudulent, shall be imprisoned not more than five years and shall be subject to a fine in the amount provided in this title.
