For years, I have been subjected to severe violations, forced into homelessness by those I know and complete strangers, without any justified reason. This experience is not just mine; millions across the United States endure the same trauma. It feels as though the entities expected to protect us — local government officials, agencies, mortgage and housing companies, and even some inhumane homeowners — are failing in their duty, committing acts that infringe upon our fundamental human rights.

Every human being has the right to be safe and free from exploitation, especially concerning housing, which is a basic necessity. Yet, across all 50 states, countless individuals find themselves victims of heinous acts that can only be described as cruel and unusual punishment. We cannot remain silent while local governments and related parties neglect their responsibilities and, in some cases, contribute to this injustice.

The call for change starts with accountability. We urge all 50 states to hold all involved parties responsible, including local governments, mortgage and housing companies, and any homeowner who perpetuates this exploitation. These parties should face legal consequences, including potential imprisonment for 30 years to life, as well as community service. Furthermore, they must provide financial compensation to their victims.

It's time to address this violation of human, civil, and constitutional rights. The right to housing should be respected and protected.
