The Issue
Back in September 2025, I ordered a package from TikTok Shop that was supposed to be delivered by SpeedX. However, to my dismay, I received a delivery notification with a photo of a location that was clearly not my address. I was left confused and without my package. Frustrated but hoping it was a one-time mistake, I tried using SpeedX again. Unfortunately, the second attempt was just as disappointing. Despite receiving numerous "attempted delivery" notifications, I was home all day and no one rang my bell.
This is not an isolated incident. I have never experienced such problems with any other delivery service, and I am not alone in this. Many customers, like myself, work tirelessly to earn their money, wanting to purchase items for themselves or essential goods, like winter coats or shoes. It is unacceptable that these are at risk of being lost or stolen due to negligent handling by delivery personnel. SpeedX's apparent negligence and lack of accountability are causing distress and disappointment for their customers.
The consistent negligence and lack of care shown by SpeedX in their delivery service must be addressed. Customers deserve to have their purchased items delivered safely and correctly without needing to repeatedly chase deliveries or worry about theft or misplacement.
We are calling for SpeedX to implement stricter checks and transparent processes to ensure packages are delivered accurately and reliably. Measures should include improved communication with customers, accurate delivery notifications, and more stringent employee accountability.
