I have already issued a Brady/Giglio letter related to this officer. The petition includes partial information about that letter but omits a crucial fact—the letter announces that my office will not call Mr. Fontana as a law enforcement witness. Essentially, I have taken the actions available to me to ensure that Mr. Fontana cannot work as a law enforcement officer. The Criminal Justice Council can revoke his certification. I hope they do so.
