I've been continuing to fight this judgment because I refuse to let this money be stolen from me. I made a criminal complaint for Perjury against the Perjurer in my case with the waukesha county sherrif department because I have all the undeniable evidence that proves the judgement she was awarded based on deceiving the courts with her verbal testimony while under oath was fraudulent.  The waukesha county detective investigated my complaint and turned the case over to the DA for Perjury charges.  Hopefully the DA will hold the perjur accountable, because the courts have made it clear that they have no interest in doing so. Its alarming to me because perjury is a felony offense under state statutes 946.31 and this woman was awarded $5k based solely from her word with absolutely no evidence of her claims, yet the courts won't accept the undeniable evidence i have that proves she was intentionally lying for financial gain.

I don't understand why the courts have no concern about this? They litterally avoid talking about the undeniable evidence i have, and it actually seems to me like they are covering for the perjur.  Perhaps I'm misunderstanding something? Maybe they don't want to take accountability because typically, its frowned upon for courts to grant judgments based on someones word with no actual evidence?  If anyone wants to read the transcripts or see evidence, email me at whiterat691@yahoo.com and I'm happy to share.   I've been fighting the courts, and at the most recent hearing on 4-14-26 if I understood correctly,  I believe the explanation for not holding the perjur accountable was that it didn't matter how undeniable my evidence was. The courts were already previously satisfied that her testimony was truth and ruled in her favor. 

I find this alarming,  appalling and unacceptable.  So if I understood correctly,  lies become truth if they deem it so? Even when theres undeniable,  contradicting evidence available? I don't believe thats how the wisconsin judicial system is supposed to operate? I don't understand how facts and evidence don't outweigh someone's word with no evidence?  If this is the power these judges have, there needs to be better policies for Perjury in place and they need to start implementing perjury laws when people weaponize the court system and victimize others for financial gain or spite.  I'm sure my case isn't an isolated incident.... Imagine how many others have had judgments or convictions placed against them.  Lives can be ruined from the dishonest testimony of a perjurer! And if they aren't going to hold perjurers accountable,  they need stricter verification policies and shouldn't be granting things against people with no evidence.   If you agree,  please sign and share!
