Very concerned about the lack of safeguards in waukesha county for perjury

Still continuing to fight my case. Its going on 4 years, and still no accountability.  Its disappointing that the Plaintiff had never had to provide anything to support her claims,  and has been granted all her claims based solely on her word, and homemade spreadsheets that she had typed up herself.  It can be seen in the transcripts from the very beginning of this case I've called out the fraud and demanded actual proof of her claims,  and my requests and concerns were completely overlooked as this woman was never made to provide evidence of anything.  She, as the plaintiff of the case should have had to prove I owed her money,  but instead I've bared the responsibility of proving I don't owe the money,  which put me at an unfair advantage seeing this woman has outwardly lied, ommited material facts and withheld evidence i had been asking for since the beginning of the case.   The woman has never been questioned about the authenticity of her claims,  and I've never been allowed to question the woman about her claims,   which most would consider this a violation of my civil due process rights especially since she was depriving me of my hard earned wages from work.  This woman even attempted to have my property seized by the waukesha county sheriff's department to fulfill a judgment she had to have known was fraudulent.

It can be seen in the transcripts that multiple court officials told me that if I was able to prove the judgment was fraudulent, the fraud would be addressed.  However this seemed unfair to me, considering the plaintiff had never had to prove her claims,  and I obtained all the undeniable evidence that the plaintiff's testimony was fraudulent,  and the courts wouldn't consider my evidence and stated I needed special witnesses present, and wouldn't even allow me to question the Plaintiff.  To me, it did not seem like equal distribution of the law,  considering the plaintiff did not have to provide anything but her word to be awarded judgment,  and I had undeniable evidence which the courts wouldn't even consider or even allow me to question the Plaintiff about.

I ended up filing a criminal complaint with the waukesha county sheriff's department, (the detective was sooooo nice, and the only person who actually treated me like my rights mattered) and the authenticity of the plaintiff's claims were investigated and determined to be fraudulent, and referred the plaintiff to the District Attorney’s Office for perjury charges under state statute 946.31.

Unfortunately,  the district attorney refused to press charges, and stated because so many people lie in criminal, civil and family court, and that the district attorney's office was short staffed,  she simply did not have the resources to prosecute these types of crimes, and the courts should address the issue.  I understand that they are flooded with violent crime and more pressing matters, but this means that theres no accountability for perjury,  and the victims of perjury would never obtain justice.  The courts need to implement better authentication policies of claims to protect litigants from perjury,  instead of placing the burden on the district attorney's office who doesn't have the resources to address the issue.

I then filed a motion for relief of the judgment as it was awarded in fraud,  and even though the Plaintiff now admits her claims were fraudulent,  and the courts acknowledge the plaintiff's claims were fraudulent, the courts refused to relieve me of the judgment.

The plaintiff argued that the request to relieve me of the judgment should be denied under state statute 806.07, claiming it took me to long to prove the fraud. However, theres a provision in that statute which acts as a safeguard to relieve litigants when judgments are awarded in fraud,  and that provision was excluded.

The courts supported the Plaintiff's Argument that I should be denied relief,  stating I was beyond the time frame which relief could be granted.  However, the courts refused to include the provision of the statute which indicated that judgments awarded in fraud were not bound to the time frame,  and the courts could exercise its discretion to provide relief at any time.

I had repeatedly requested the statute to be read the statute in its entirety,  and to include the provision, but the courts refused and instead,  searched for case laws and provided them to support that the Plaintiff's argument was correct and I should be denied relief.

However,  the case laws the courts provided to support the plaintiff's argument were not appropriate examples of law, as the case laws also excluded the crucial element of fraud.  This gave the plaintiff an unfair advantage,  seeing that the plaintiff did not provide any examples of law to support her argument, and she should have had to support her argument independently without the assistance of the court.

The courts made the effort to advocate for the Plaintiff's argument,  and provided inappropriate examples of law which excluded the element of fraud,  and completely overlooked that theres many case laws available to support that a defendant should be relieved of a judgment which was awarded in fraud.

I argued this was unfair,  and questioned why they would not want to address the perjury considering its a felony offense and happened within the walls of the courtroom.   The courts abruptly exited the courtroom while I was in the middle of presenting an argument,  and did not allow me to present my remaining arguments or allow the witnesses I had subpoenaed to testimony at that hearing to speak.  This was a violation of multiple constitutional rights, seeing I have the right to a meaningful opportunity to be heard,  the right to a fair trial,  the right to have issues resolved and the right to question claims seeing the plaintiff is depriving me of my wages.  This was a huge eye opener for me,  and if THIS is how perjury in small claims cases is handled,  what happens in criminal cases and family court?  I've been speaking to people in waukesha county and all over Wisconsin,  and it seems to me like my case is not an isolated incident,  and my case is small potatoes compared to some of the stories I've been told by others.

Its obvious to me, that there needs to be better policies in place to authenticate claims, and they need to start holding people accountable when they take advantage of the courts at the expense of others. The courts should be prioritizing justice and truth,  and they should be holding those accountable when they lie at the expense of others and deceive the courts.
