So we had a garnishment hearing yesterday. I was hopeful the Perjer would be expected to explain why all the documentation I have blateny contradicts the testimony she was awarded judgments against me for, but the courts refused to address my concerns. It completely blows my mind that this woman's word while under oath somehow outweigh her paycheck stubs and time clock records from her employer and the courts are refusing to address that this woman is clearly lying. The courts said its a separate matter and its up to the investigator from waukesha county and the DA to decide what to do. Perjury laws need to be taken seriously and I'm sure theres so many others who have suffered because of people with no morals lying to steal other people's money.
