So the Perjer won at our last courtdate and was granted an earnings garnishment so they would be taking money from my paychecks and sending it to her, even though I argued this was unethical because the authenticity of this woman's claims is still currently under investigation for Perjury, but the comissioner didn't feel this was a qualifying circumstance to hold off on garnishing my wages and granted it anyway. I wish I could obtain the transcripts from these hearings but for some reason my requests for the hearings with this comissioner to be recorded are always denied. I did file for a denovo hearing which was granted, and the judge who was previously residing over the case is no longer a waukesha county circuit court judge, so this case was assigned to a new judge. This case has been going on for three long years and I'm hoping a new judge with a fresh set of eyes will actually look at the facts of this case and see for themselves I do not owe this money. the plaintiff was granted the judgements based solely from her word and provided absolutely nothing to support her claims and I hope they look at all the undeniable evidence I've obtained myself that clearly contradict the claims this woman was awarded judgments for. I completely understand the courts SHOULD have been able to accept this woman's word as truth seeing she was under oath, and I think its sad and I believe this woman was blateny dishonest and I believe she took advantage of the courts. Hopefully the courts agree that things like paycheck stubs and time clock records from the woman's employer outweigh the woman's word even if she was under oath. Hopefully they look at all the documentation that clearly contradicts this woman's testimony she was granted a judgment against me for, and make a decision based on evidence and facts and require this woman to at least provide an explanation as to why her word doesn't add up to the real, physical, dated, undeniable documentation i obtained and provided to the courts, and if she's unable to provide an explanation, I feel the judgment should be dismissed and she should be held accountable for providing the courts with false testimony that was material to the judge's decision to grant the judgment.
