So we had another garnishment hearing today. I had written the courts a lengthy letter explaining my concerns about perjury and asked the courts to look at the facts of the case to see for themselves that the woman was awarded her judgments based soley on her word and did not provide any kind of actual documentation that would have been material in supporting her claims and to see for themselves that I've provided so much documentation and evidence that proves the woman is blateny lying and because of this there's currently an ongoing criminal investigation for Perjury with the waukesha county sherrif department and they are currently looking into the authenticity of the woman's claims. The court comissioner said this wasn't a qualifying circumstance to hold off garnishing my wages and granted her garnishment request. I argued the woman was stealing from me because I proved she was blateny lying but the court said this concern was irrelevant because this was a garnishment hearing,  not a hearing to address the authenticity of the judgment and I could take my concerns to the district attorney.  Its so disheartening to think the courts don't seem to care that this woman blateny lied while under oath to steal money from me and the evidence is absolutely undeniable.  It blows my mind that her verbal testimony and homemade spreadsheet that she had typed up herself somehow outweigh her paycheck stubs from her employer and documentation thats dated, authentic and material.  I can't help but wonder how many others have been victims of pergery and had unjust judgments or even convictions placed against them that they didn't deserve simply because the courts took the words of a liar as truth. This is why they need to start holding people accountable when they weaponize the court systems against other people and they need to start NOW.  It makes people feel like absolute garbage when someone is lying and stealing from them and the courts act as if they can't see it. They did threaten this woman with perjury at one hearing,  then at the next hearing they acted as if they couldn't understand how to read her paycheck stubs and didn't know if they meant she was being untruthful or not, even though i explained them, and wouldn't make her explain them and continued to grant her requests based on her word. I'll attach a few examples of what I'm talking about. I'm so disappointed in how this was handled by the courts and I'm hoping the District attorney will look at the facts and bring justice to the situation
