I can assure you that at the very least you will be intrigued. Personally, I would have never believe that what has happened would be possible; especially not for three decades. I NEED YOUR HELP! I cannot even send a simple email. Privacy violations are in place to thwart assistance for decades. The purse strings are also used to prevent income and self-sufficiency, which leaves me subjected for decades. If you stole millions wouldn't you allow anyone near the source? Both state and federal laws are being violated, under color of law. 

I am a U.S. citizen and I am also the daughter of a man convicted of killing a police officer. I have solid proof of decades of conspiracy against rights implemented by officials and officers. Due to continued privacy violations, under Freedom of Information Act, I requested a copy of my FBI file (unsure if one existed). I'm being forced to seek counsel outside of the U.S. due to being in opposition to officials and officers. There has been bullying and stealing 'Under Color of Law!" The control the narratives, hiding behind badges, operating with impunity. When I personally visit my representatives, I am disregarded and the documents in support of allegations are never reviewed or addressed. I've contacted EVERYONE in position to address. 

I am a US citizen without any misdemeanors or felonies state or federal; yet I have a 350 page FBI file (that was not sealed by court order until I requested a copy). I'm not mentally or emotionally challenged. I have not history of drug abuse. Meanwhile, U.S. Reps are either refusing to assist or asking me to provide a request with an address in their jurisdiction but never calls me back. I contacted Catherine Cortez-Masto and her rep. Manuel Davilla agreed that this was questionable behavior and uncommon events surrounding my allegations. I was advised that they would assist by forwarding to correct agencies and that they would see about getting my housing restored. I never heard back. 

By requesting that the FOIA FBI file, Lovelace would definitely be able to clear her name and to denounce any claims that she worked with the FBI as an Informant. Lovelace has been subject to persecution from whoever it was that they were investigating at the start. Officials were aware of violence and practices of industry personnel; yet, Lovelace never received any direct communication.

Lovelace contends that she (through her work) was possibly involuntarily used by officials, without her knowledge than she was discarded. Lovelace has been bullied for decades, while all officials disregard her request for assistance in all matters (under color of law).

Lovelace has discovered that it is common practice for officers/officials to be embedded in billion-dollar industries, while controlling the narratives. If officials tell people that you did something, then they are not questioned. Ask yourself, "Are you next?" or "Are your loved ones next?"

The most recent response is egregious response from Dept. of Justice Office of Inspector General Letter and envelop received from the US Department of Justice dated September 16, 2015, wherein their response stated, 

“In your complaint, you reported that for years you have made attempts through DOJ/FBI. You also claimed you walked into the Las Vegas Field Office to report major criminal activity, judicial misconduct and criminal acts to include rape and murder but the Las Vegas Office “shrugged it off.” The purpose of this letter is to advise you this matter does not warrant the opening of an administrative inquiry. IPU will take no further action in this matter.” Signed “AM” - Initial Processing Unit of DOJ OIG. 

The signature clearly depicts the same issues and shows the difference in signature and titles not reflecting and the difference between other correspondences received from the US Department of Justice over the last 30 years; however, I am NEVER directly communicated with. As an African-American female, I believe that they do not feel obligated. Besides, they can lie and defame...who's gonna defend me? Whose gonna defend YOU?

This refusal is not only hurtful and disrespectful but also willful and deliberate neglect to uphold the law. Their refusal to acknowledge Lovelace as a citizen and their withholding direct communication to review the provided supporting documentation for accuracy raises questions as to their ability to uphold the law on behalf of the daughter of a man who is serving a life sentence for allegedly killing a police office. I have only been in trouble with the law one time but the courts saw fit to give the First Offender Act. I have absolutely no history of drug abuse and no history of mental illness. I have never been incapacitated to the point of requiring Power of Attorney for anything other than simple auto-accident.

Officials, without case or notice of hearing, illegally modified petitioner Lovelace’s criminal background to change her First Offender Act to an actual conviction. Then on December 7, 2005, DeKalb County officials notified the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development that there was an active warrant. See Exhibit. Although I was living in DeKalb when this illegally obtained warrant and they could have arrested me, they opted to only take my housing...forcing me and my children into homelessness. 

Then officials/officers added a shopping cart felony case but I've never been that homeless but it is on my arrest record connected to my only case which is the First Offender Act.

Why is there actions being ignored for decades? Meanwhile, I'm referred to as a 'Pet" or "Slave!"

BACKGROUND (confirms officers were directly connected to first song placement and the disruption to the music industry that followed. Officers created dangerous setting, then sat back and watched)

I also have a history with the music industry, wherein, I was subject to copyright infringements although I had a major publishing contract and the copyright materials and my songs were on the radio; yet, I couldn't get a lawyer, deliberately deprived of all legal representation. Meanwhile I'm being told that the royalties were given to police officers.

Basically, officials/officers introduced me to the industry, then created events to place me in the center of major conspiracies, holding me accountable for backlash from industry personnel. Violence struck my family which is public record; yet, there was no communication from any law enforcement. There was no protection nor direct communication for decades while federal crimes continued with impunity.

Officials posted me as culprit and used me to ensnare criminals for their personal gain and revenge plots. 

Because the public brutalized me, groups 'gunning' to get me because of these greedy assholes were fighting because officials controlled the narratives.

The small group that I worked with were relatives of officials/officers that introduced me to the industry. This was my first major song placement.

Shortly after this song placement, officers created events to place me in the center of major conspiracies within that industry, holding me accountable for backlash from industry personnel.

Lovelace did not have any connections and did not know enough people (other than the officers relatives) in order to considered ‘black-balled’ after working with this small group of producers. There was never any reason as to why she would face such backlash. With officers controlling the narratives, suddenly I am subjected to hostility and harassments (including threats and violence).

Music personnel were misled into blaming me for whatever the officials/officers did to their loved ones. Someone was hurt in that industry because my child was chased into the street in front of our house and hit by a car by Sharon Des Fernandez. I only knew one person who was of Spanish descent - Jake Salazar. Jake's partner was Lee Marcus (whose brothers were police officers). Sharon got out of her vehicle without remorse, after hitting my child as if she was deliberately attempting to harm for revenge. I never received any communication from any officials until decades later when I went to a local FBI office to ask for someone to stop the bullying. I was ignored.

Then the police ruled in her favor after hitting my child in front of his home in Detroit MI. After my works were all over the radio and I couldn't get a lawyer (even with a 50/50 publishing agreement, copyrights). The major publishing company alleged that they never received songs and they probably didn't because the police and feds were there the whole time.

My point is that officers 'sicked' a major groups of industry personnel on my family and I, as if they were attack dogs. Although I had a contract with a major music publisher, secured copyrights and my lyrical works were at the top of the charts, I was denied ALL legal representation.

I walked away from that industry.

Unable to find Justice through the courts petitioner decided to get into online publishing to share her experiences through books and other products. Petitioner was told she would never make a dime for exposing what happened to her and due to the unfair practices,’ petitioner has attached several documents from her online business which clearly shows some questionable actions that could clearly be condemned as intimidation unfair competition and unfair practices.

There was a flood of sellers on the first page of the exhibit even after opting out of third-party Sellers and over 2 years they reported no sales but were actually selling her products as used and new.

This exhibit shows one of nine Amazon sellers that was her competition was selling petitioner’s own autobiography for $33,418.88 while some sellers had it for $0.78. This was during the time frame that the FBI file and that petitioner was seeking assistance from other governmental agencies to uphold her rights as a business owner, entrepreneur and a US citizen.

I've had so many jobs taken from me due to the lies that were put on my record. After three decades of persistence, the officers attempted to cover over and make minor corrections without accepting responsibility.  

Every lawyer and representative that I contacted about the many allegations, either dismissed, ignored or referenced statutes. However, lawyers that I contacted for the 4-5 auto accidents (which also is a Tort) seemed to flourish financially directly after I signed a POA for the auto accident. 

Auto injury lawyers used these auto accidents to profit from refusing to aid in financial recovery by using the POA. I do not have direct proof about the lawyers; however, I am certain that there is a connection between these lawyers. 

I received no royalties, ever. I received no publishing and I continue to face abuse of power and the message for me to kill myself. I have a multitude of documentation in support of allegations but I've been bullied for three decades.

I created a youth program which consist of videos, comic strips and publications. I have been bullied and forced out of my business that was meant to expose their tactics, as well. 

There are millions of dollars in music royalties and publishing compensation that have been denied and deprived, publicly.

If you are in a position to address any of these concerns, please hold those accountable for decades. Across all cultures, this is too much abuse of power for any group to hold and utilize to brutalize and oppress. I have been unable to obtain assistance and when I try, abuse of power, misconduct and privacy violations are used to hinder assistance.  I have never been offered any NDA and I am aware that both Georgia and Nevada has another State identification number for me. Combined with POA from auto-accidents and strangers asking me if someone has a POA for me, I fear that they have really abused their power.

Even two years after the pandemic, Nevada (DETR) Unemployment has withheld the opportunity for my INITIAL hearing for 3 months. I worked at DETR as an unemployment insurance rep. (Interim), so, when I say that is unheard of and not standard practice. Immediately after filing a complaint with the Ethics Committee against Catherine Cortez-Masto and returning from a 30 day COVID Leave, I faced a hostile work environment which has lead to no income for 3 months. This feels retaliation.

I think the conspiracy against rights, raping and pillaging 'under color of law' is enough, don't you?
